white segmented poop

Hey,
I saw some white segmented poop floating in my tank today, any ideas what kind of parasite might cause that?

Flat like a thin ribbon and opaque white or, round, translucent and gelatinous? If the first, most likely segments from a tapeworm. The latter, several possibilities.

Sorry to waste your time but the white segmented, what looked like poop is from the bloodworms I feed. Weird but there is a lot of it, like empty shells.
I did buy some deworming flakes so I'll still deworm them just in case.
Hopefully I'll be getting some new fish soon and I kinda panicked that I might have a problem with my current stock.
