Yes I saw that too but before I ordered I looked at the shipping info and this is what it said:
Tricker's begins scheduling Spring orders in January. Only prepaid plants will be entered into our Spring shipping schedule which are guaranteed. The first orders placed and prepaid will be the first orders to go out in the Spring.
I want to buy them before I put the discus in my tank.

Do you know this person on aquabid? I worry about getting plants that might be from tanks that have diseases/parasites. Don't want to kill the discus when I get them....

I might take you up on the frogbit since I have water lettuce in another tank and I am looking to have some variety from tank to tank. However, I like the look of the red roots of the Phyllanthus fluitans. Let me know what this person says and if you think I can trust the plants to be safe in my tank. Thanks for asking him for me.

my plants are in my shrimp tanks.. :)

so i am not too worry.. the assassin snails have tore up any extra snails.. :)

i put my plants in ALUM for a dip.. but some snails still got in there :(

Are you saying that the frogbit/shrimp tank no longer has snails (other than the assassin) or that you got plants from this guy on aquabid that had snails?

Do you know if his plants are safe and snail free?

Also, I was wondering if the assassins reproduce much and become a pest themselves. Does the assassin not bother the shrimp? I would love to get rid of the ramshorn in my tank that also has RCS and filter shrimp.

I wasn't the one looking for it. It is a cool plant though. By the way the frogs bit I got from you is doing good.

great!!!

it probably took them a little bit to settle in.. but you should be seeing some good root growth about now..

i was thinking about getting these little floaters.. i kind of like the red roots :)

Got me thinking too. They nice to look at and should be a good complement to a discus tank.
