Well to start out, you need to give an accurate profile of your tank.

(Clean) is not an answer. How many gallons is the tank they are in?

Start doing at least a 75 % water change immediately, right now.

And do at the very least a 50 % water change every day.

You need to go buy a ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate test kit.

0
0
0 nitrate is impossible with the extremely small water changes you are doing.

If you don't start changing water , you can kiss them goodbye. That's not a goldfish your raising :)

They are basically living in a toilet, and won't survive if you continue to keep them in low quality water.

They are probably also sick from being exposed to the other fish in the tank, you are going to need help from others who know how to administer medications, I'm sure someone will be along shortly, good luck.

two times a day with frozen blood worms hikari well first of all you need to feed a little more than just bloodworms to discus and your other fish need a more balanced diet than just bloodworms, check out the food and nutrition section on this forum it well help you come up with a better idea of what I'm trying to tell you. but first you need to up your water changes

If the fish is stressed peppering will come on very quickly.

No problem

Even though you have a large fish tank for your fish, you are still going to have to do water changes.

Your fish are pretty small for a tank that size and with the tank having gravel in it along with other tank mates, you can expect a tough time raising them.

It does sound stupid but it's completely true that discus need tons of clean water, they won't do well without it.
They will be sluggish and not very colorful. And to make matters worse they might not grow into the fish your hoping to get.

If I were you, I would consider putting them in a smaller tank of their own until you get some discus knowledge under your belt:) just a plain tank, no gravel. Big water changes.

If your fish continues on its course just start a new thread because we have kinda messed this one up.

Good luck! And welcome to simply discus. There's tons of people here and all the correct info you need to be successful with your discus.
