Most southern states don't allow rays. They claim your waters are to warm and if someone let one go in your waters the could survive. You can always move here to Kentucky :p

I get a kick out of CT not allowing us to have piranha... all because they might get established in the few hundred feet of power plant water out flow. oH YEAH..I can see ice fishing for piranha to catch on as sport out here in the Northeast...some things I can understand...but some are just plain ridiculous.

I don't know Al, bull sharks are already being found in rivers and lakes of Australia and the Amazon......last thing I need when I'm on the lake is worrying about alligators, sharks and piranhas! I might just have to stay in my pool LOL ;)
