Cleaning a Tank

What is the % of bleach you can clean a tank with. it's a 40gal breeder.

3 parts water to 1 part bleach.

1/2 to 3/4 cup per gallon of water used

We've used a 1 in 10 ratio in all the clinical laboratories I have worked. Chlorine bleach will kill at a 1::100 ratio, so 1::10 is overkill on the safe side.
