Anyone ever purchase from NBM Aquatics

I have been taking my time searching for someone who has certain types of small (or dwarf) plecos to add to my discus show tank and came across this site - NBM Aquatics. It looks like it is fairly new and they carry some L260's and L134's. But, I have never heard of them and am hesitant to buy. Has anyone ever used them?

I got 3 L134s from him off aquabid and they were healthy and fat when they arrived.

not sure who he is but alot of his pics are Falcones, Frank is about as legit as it gets. maybe they are working together on pleco's?
