Please be aware we are planning to move servers today at around 9:00am EST. If all goes to plan the forum will close shortly before then and will be unavailable for around an hour.

See you all on the other side :)

Hi all,
Looks like the move was a success. We are now officially on our new bigger, better, and Faster Server!

Special Thanks to Paul for his help in the Move. He acted as front person in all this coordinating with our Server People. I dare say we are very lucky to have his help in this move..It took quite a bit of his time...So

THANK YOU PAUL!!!!

If anyone experiences any issues, please do let us know..You can post right here.

Thanks everyone, hopefully we won't be needing a move again for a bit...Its a nail biter for me when we do.

I'm most of the time getting an error with Firefox (someties I can get in, most of the time I can't). Any recommendations? It seems ok with IE9...so far...I'll try Safari next.

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at forum.simplydiscus.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Stacey, try clearing the cache on firefox in version 9, click on the firefox drop down button (top left of browser), then on History, then on clear recent history. uncheck everything other than Cache and the click on Clear Now. Worst case it will sort itself in a day or two, best case clearing the cache will sort.

I also am having issues. Tapatalk appears to be working....however IE8 isn't. I have cleared cache and history. Shutdown all Windows and all I get is it can't display website, if I trouble shoot it then comes back saying the site is not accepting connections.

Folks, unfortunately there is little we can do to help except wait! We have to wait for our new internet address to propagate around the web. It can take up to 48 hrs, but usually tales less than 24.

Jennie.. Upload pictures only works for pictures on ur harddrive... At least thats what upload is..

Using photobucket url to is different... Then uploading

If ur right click save as... Photobucket pic to ur desktop.. Then u can upload

Hmm, I enclose my photo bucket link in the " " commands. Think the attachments depends on the file being on your local computer and meeting the file size limits and format but not sure about this.
