sup simply peeps. as of right now I have ten discus under the 2 inch mark in a 55 gallon BB. I was wondering if down sizing to a smaller tank say about 30 to 40 gallon would be a good idea? once they hit the 3 inch mark I'd transfer then to the 55.. I'm at work most of the day and I have my better half doing my water changes (I know shameless) lol. she's doing about 20% then I do my 50% when I get home. I was thinking maybe switching to a 30 would be easier on both of us and maybe speed up growth on our discus with more water changes on the 30. anyways just wanted to get some thoughts on this subject. would it be a good idea to go from a 50 to a 30 for small discus???
