90g tank with 12 adult discus range 4-6 inches.
4 cory cats
1 albino pleco
10 black neons
would adding 10 blue rams be overstock?

Of course, I would up the water change regime until I have time to or when I move to setup my 220g up.

At the recommended 10 gallons per adult you are a bit overstocked by 3 discus on just the discus alone :)
