bring them with you!!! dont do it dont sell the family!!!
Military moves are tricky it will be at least 25days before I could set up a tank.
I got lucky on the pair and have been working hard on the grow outs. Trust me, I wish it was feasible. :(

You are more than welcome to drop them off here until you get your tank setup if your headed to Nellis AFB. Your only a 6 hour drive from Phoenix. I have a few tanks set up out in my garage and have a few empty 100 gallon tanks also out there. Put your Discus in a cooler with some air and a sponge filter and bring them cross country. I am sure you will welcome the dry heat once you get back home.
I'm moving in Aug, I am sure it will be very dry and hot!
Here is NC you can cut the air like butter in Aug.
I appreciate the offer but all the same I think I am better off selling them here. Trying to move a real family cross country is hassle enough. :)

Good luck James, sorry my tanks are all full, no more room at the inn so to speak. Hope you find good homes for those beauties. I will be back to being the only discus keeper in eastern NC I guess. Glad to have met you last summer. You are sure right about the humidity here. I would love desert air at times.

The dry heat at 115 degrees will dry you out after all those years of humidity. When I was in the Air Force I could not wait to get out of Little Rock AFB I hated that humidity. Any way good luck selling the fish and your welcome to stop by an say hello when your in the Valley. I know about Military moves I did it every 3 years for 20 years until I retired out here at Luke AFB in 1996 but I did not have to move anyone but myself which was very easy.
George,
I may have to take you up on that some day, nice to hear we have some AFRet @ SD.
Barb,
Sad but true. How are your babies doing?

Do you have any more pics of them?
Sorry, I forgot to post "First come first serve".
My buddy took those photos. I'll have to ask him to take more, my camera is junk.
A lot of nibbles... no bites. :)

Shoot me your questions or give me a call.
It looks like craigslist will not let you "sell" animals only "re home".
I edited my new listing to accommodate.
