treating plecos

Had a guy who bought some discus from me some time ago, and a couple weeks ago he bought plecos from a friend and didnt quarantine them, and now discus dont appear PERKY as usual. He also said that he has only been doing wc 30% a week..6 discus in a 125..I suggested he do an 80% and see if they come around, but if there is no improvement, what should he treat the whole tank with, including the plecos? I know they are pretty sensitive.

Actually I think he should join the forum and ask himself since it is now his responsability and he can answer the questions people will want the answers to better. Just tell him you are not sure what to do but that there is a great community of people wanting to help. :)

I have searched a lot of pleco threads and can't find the treatment used..If anyone knows this, could u throw it out there for me. Thanx much
