I have another unproven pair. A Carnation pigeon and a WB. Are the fry going to look ok with this pair? Thanks

they are both pigeon blood based..

so no abnormal peppering, which results from crossing PB with NON PB

That's sounds good. Is there a strain that is a cross breed of both? Or would you consider it a mutt?

usually fry are referred to as a "CROSS".. in this case, you would say "i have a Carnation PB/WB cross".. or F1's from Pigeon Blood/White Butter Fly pair

if you crossed WB to WB.. you would say i have F1 WB fry

either the STRAIN is Continued or you CROSS to different Strains :)

from my view, u will get mostly pattern pigeon from their offspring, some slight "tiger pattern" if u r lucky...maybe some pics of the pair to let us have a better guess...thx.

Thank you for explaining that. So you only refer to it as a "cross" not cross breed. I see. Lol.
