Informative and doesnt look like its that much harder dont know if I would do it on that scale but if you had a problem pair it be worth it to try!

Works fine. That method has been used for the last 30 or so years. It is not hard, but you can produce more fry then you can sale. For most here in the states there is just not enough of a market to do it.
