Water change need help

Got free swimmers and feeding well from both parents when do I start doing water changes and how big of water change I have them in a 30g tall

I don't change my W/C routine at anytime. I continue to do my same W/C routine with eggs, wigglers and free swimmers. Well, not entirely true. I will increase the amount of W/C with free swimmers because of the increased bio load and increased feedings.

i do the same, only diffrence is that i will allow for the water to be introduced into the tank by brip method ., wicth is about 25 litrs in a hour or so .,

I do 50% water changes once the fry have attached 2 times a day until day 4 when I start feeding bbs than I increase water changes to 90% 2 times a day and wipe down the inside of the tank once a day. Do be sure to use water of the same temp, ph, and tds for wigglers and and fry a week and under.

Can I still run my canister filter if I put a sponge over it
