What does a healthy Pigeon Blood look like?

I love the spots on the Pigeon bloods, but looks like many of the pigeon bloods only have spots on the front half of their body.

Are there more spots over the whole Pigeon Blood body if they are healthy? or are the spots just a trait that is not related to health?

I love my Stendkers I won't disagree with you there but IMO I think you can get Hardy fish from all types of sources its all how they take care of their Discus. And yes they are Blues and a very funny pair....Josie

If I could just choose 1 type of fish to keep for the rest of time, it would have to be stendker red pb. Just something about them. Or even blues. Trying to figure out how to fishnap Josies pair :-)

Spots and pattern have nothing to do with the health of the fish. That boils down to aethetics and quality, not health. There are probably over 100 different types of pigeon bloods, ranging from fully patterned to solid in most colors under the rainbow.
