i have an ex.filter which attached to my tank ( RS Electrical B80 )
which is better ... run the Ex.filter for 24/7 or stop it at night ?

Do not EVER stop filtration overnight, unless you dont have any backup, when power goes out. filters mus be operating 24/7.
