After much :argue: gonna go w/ sub-adults (4/4.5"). Anticipation is really building now!! "T"

Looking great. My only suggestion would be to replace the gravel by sand, but otherwise great setup. Is that some kind of pleco in the third pic?

:bandana: Thanx. I thought about sand but figured I'd try a combo of eco-complete & natural gravel (white rose) with the plants. We'll see how it works out.

Actually no. It is an 'armored' cat though. Spotted Raphael Catfish - Agamyxis pectinifrons (there are 2) & 1 Striped Raphael Catfish - Platydoras costatus "T"

You will love Han's discus. Top quality. Do your very best to keep that gravel clean. I 2nd the suggestion on using sand. Your plants look very nice and healthy

be very dilligent vacuming your gravel it is unbeleivable how much stuff can hide in it. tank looks nice.

Great looking display tank! I have Michigan flint rock in mine and like the look of gravel. Once you get your fish in it and WC program set it's all good.

:bandana: Thanx all for the flowers!! Just counting down the days till my prize possessions are ordered. I agree with you all that the gravel is gonna be a bit more work but i believe it's worth it & I look forward to the challenge. The plants & other fish are just 'window dressing'. The 'Showpieces' (Stendker Discus) are what this tank is gonna be about. Stay Tuned!!! "T"
