I recently purchased a few discus online and recieved one nice one and they others (that lived) are kinda blah. I was wondering who is a reputable dealer whom i can purchase discus from and not have to worry about getting crap fish. Thanks!

Well I bought five 2.5" discus from somethingphishy. They all arrived fine. Two of which ended up dying and two of them are kind of blah quality and the last is of pretty good quality. I hear about Kenny ALOT on here and I checked his site (idk if I wasn't looking in the correct spot) and couldn't find much on the discus he carries. From what I've seen of his fish (from others on here) they look fantastic.

I have some from Beals and Hans (both simply sponsors) and they've all been great fish. I've personally never had fish shipped though, so no opinion on that.

buy all mine from Hans very nice fish stay away from Somethingsphishy bought from them years back and got sick nasty fish that died!!

Check these links you will find more than enough fish for sale. Kenny just got a new shipment in that he will be posting soon. Rod and Bob I believe just got in a new shipment or will be soon and John will be getting in a new shipment very shortly. Mike Beals has some left in stock and Hans always has stock.

Personally I would get rid of the ones that you have now, Sterilize your equipment and start again with a sponsor here. I would use Hans personally.
