Yes, the big sword is in a pot. Everything else is planted in the gravel. This tank is a 54 corner tank. I have two corner tanks. The other is a mixed reef.

Yes, they are mad lace plants. When I tore down that set up, I moved all the plants into a tank with a light over head to store for about a week. Unfortunately I lost about 3/4 of them because light couldn't reach the ones on the bottom... I'm guessing. Fortunately, the 2 lace plants were among the survivors. I moved them into my current setup and even though they lost all of there leaves, they eventually re-sprouted and the leaves are now well over 2 feet in length. I hope to have my 150 gallon tank set up by the end of summer which is 30" tall which should better accommodate their size ( and discus). From my experience, they are a relatively hardy plant and just because they loose all their leaves, it does not mean they are dead. I still plan to post a pic of my current tank once I get a chance.
