I purchase San Fransisco Bay brand beefheart from the Drs Foster and Smith website. I quickly learned to purchase at least 12 packages at a time since the shipping cost is the same whether you buy one package or a dozen packages.

It's overnight delivery and comes REALLY well packed in a styrofoam box filled with gel packs.

If you do a search online for SF Bay Beefheart you should be able to find a place who delivers to your area and they may be less expensive than Drs Foster.

Why not make your own? There are some great recipes from SD members posted and it's more economical.

What is the protine value, and it's help for Discus growth. I am always feeding my Discus Blood Worms and Frozen Shrimp (any advice)?
