Discus Diet Question

Hello all. I'm 1 month into having my juvenile discus (3 inches). Ive noticed they really like to be fed Al's freeze dried blackworms, Hikari blood worms and frozen San Francisco BH. Is the combination of these 3 diets good enough and complete diet for them to be healthy and get Big? (they do not like pellets or other similar dry foods at all).

Mine are getting pretty big with FDBW. High protein foods gets them big. So I think you're on a good path.

I'm curious to know how that works out myself. I would think they need some sort of vitamin intake?
