Disturbed Pair (I think)

Few days ago I moved a proven pain from a community tank to a 25G I placed it in the kitcken where there are alot of movements. since that time I feel they are disturbed and scared. I really don't have other space to place them. does it help if I cover the sides of the tank? what other options do i have to make them confortable?

As they are in new tank they will take time to adjust. Breeders do cover three sides with white construction paper to give them more privacy to spawn. If there is alot of movement in the room it might be difficult for them, you can try to cover the front of the tank with white paper and just leave one side open. so you have a tunnel view of the tank. Try and see it might help.
