Water changes.

I found a very interesting older article from NADA newsletter. It was a sample newsletter and the 1st issue also. But I found the water change article in it very interesting. I usually do around 70-80% WC daily, now this makes me wonder if I should just do like 50% daily and then on the 5th day do a 100% change. I do feel like a 100% change should be a routine thing now though. Well... for me anyway.

Great article!! I do about 70% every other day but now I believe I need to incorporate a 100% every few days.
