Hi all,
Any of you that have been watching Josie's homesteader section and noticed the fish room She is building have to have seen this coming!;) . Josie (aka Snoopodus here on the forum) has made the leap to commercial Seller and Sponsor. Josie has finished setting up her home based breeding business and is currently working on her fishroom and on her website which will be Chicagodiscus.com. Look for updates from her on this!

Josie plans on breeding her own fish and selling the fry to hobbyists throughout the USA, she will also be adding merchandise to her online store after its completed.


I'd like to wish her well in this venture and look forward to seeing many many homebred discus from her in the years to come. Set the bar High Josie and exceed it!...:)

Thank You Guys so much..This has been a dream of mine for a very long time and I'm completely committed to producing the highest quality Discus I possibly can. I want everyone to feel very at home at Chicago Discus and we will all learn and grow together. My small hatchery is open to all and I welcome anyone from Simply to visit and share (when finished..LOL)

Glad to hear this news! With a city as large as Chicago, I've been surprised at the lack of discus sellers on a commerical level. Will you be importing discus to sell off as well? Or only going to sell fry?
