Nice pair! I assume you are using Lake Michigan tap? I have had decent luck with wrigglers in tap water around here too. Even had as much as half the eggs hatch in tap.

RickThe area I'd have to work in looks like a bomb went off.Air-con died last Weds,so we cleaned up this weekend,97 outside, now no excuse's,lol.

Even had as much as half the eggs hatch in tap.Yep,tho I've had three other pairs lay with no luck. These guys have been every 7 days.I've got the ro unit.Bought a used 110gpd from a guy around mid-way for $50.just got to get some tubing and a saddle valve. He had everything, even the box.He was upgrading,so for 50 I figured, what the hell.

Well, they didnt make it.But like clockwork they laid again yesterday.7402474025If you look hard at the last pic,you can see a blackworm they keep spitting back onto the egg74026s to re-attach.

Nice looking pair Bill, good luck with the current batch. Of course if you're that busy until after summer, I'm not sure what you'd consider good luck. :)

It was a job I was going to do for 1 year....14 yrs later, still doing it.I deliver roofing materials with a crane to homes/job sites. As you can guess,summer/busy/winter slow.

Nice fish Bill. Seems like they are practicing spitting wigglers with the blackworm as a substitute.

Crossing fingers for you Bill.Didnt cross'em soon enough. They're pretty fungused up.I need to put them in a smaller tank and get some good old-fashioned meth-blue.

Still no RO Bill? Get yourself a hose bib adapter, then plug and go. If you purchased your unit used, your going to need a new membrane if it has sit dry.

I've never had a pair that moved their wrigglers do them in later, here's hoping you experience the same.
