How long are they going to breed?

Hi All,

I have a breeding pair and the female lays eggs every week (every Tuesday) my question is are they going to do that forever or there is a certain time or number?

Usually theyll take a spawning break for a few weeks, maybe longer at some point in time

Is this seasonal? Or is every pair different? And if the pair has been separated from each other for a while, will this interfere with the "break"?

Not seasonal, just dependent on the pair although some say rainy season brings on breeding. If you separate them for a while and then put them back together will simply help dictate when they spawn
