Dr fosters and smith is reasonable if you buy a bunch. They offer all the popular frozen varieties except blackworms. They do a great job packing also

there are other's comparably priced, but with their discount, and the difference in shipping charges, F&S is hard to beat!

depending on your location, Dan at CBW is great too, especially if you need FCBW's..

i have used the oregon people before.. WOW.. those slabs were thick!!!

but i don't feed my fish frozen blood worms anymore.. and only sometimes frozen brine..

Regarding the FCBW has anyone had problems feeding these ive always trusted hikari but have never really used anything but them. Anyone have issues in feeding FCBW as far as disease or sickness?

Do some research on it, honestly theres not so much in the way of pathogens as a lot of people think, or at least very little that is proven.... A lot of people feed live blackworms than you might think with little consequence, its been found that they are not carriers per-say and that the most importing thing is that they be kept clean. Dan from CBW has posted numerous articles and such about it.
