Hey guys, wondering if you can help me out. I have two silver pigeons I bought at my local cichlid auction, and cant really tell if I have males or females. They seem to be quite friendly with each other, but don't bow to each other, and haven't had eggs yet (two months). I've had several people tell me they both look male.
I recently had a person touch base with me who has tried a fish he thought was male with several different proven females and hasn't had any breeding activity, so is suspecting his fish is female. He offered to trade me his fish for one of mine.
Obviously this isn't a proven science, and the picture he sent me probably isn't the best for disciphering, but can you guys take a look and see if you notice anything that might suggest what sex these fish are?

Here are mine. The larger one is approx 6".
