Bubble wand?

Curious about thoughts on bubble wands in a discus tank. I just received one as a gift and don't know if I should put it in the "future" discus tank. I have a sponge filter and canister filter already set up. Already did a search for posts and only found one that didn't have much info.

It would just be for extra areation,and it sounds like you have enough,depending on the size of your tank and amount of fish.You might put it in if you thinks it "looks" nice.Sometimes we throw in an extra air stone when we're bumping up our temps for a treatment.
