I have seen several recipes in the forum. Could you add rolled oats?

i personally would skip the oats. you can use flakes for a binder if that's what your thinking.
Is to provide fiber to the mix. Is there a problem to use it?

I don't know if it's a problem I just don't use it.. I figure when your growing them out you want them to eat as much protein as possible and when they're eating oat ( I assume you mean rolled oats) they're filling up on "fluff" Maybe someone else can chime in and explain it better.

Carboydrate aren't used by most fish efficiantly so oats are useless polution. Stick to protein and lipids. If you want to add something to help bowel movements I would add freezedried brineshrimp to your mix.

Thanks for the reply, but I have no brineshrimp freezedried.
What other food can have a bowel movement?
