When to start BBS?

I'm sorry, because I'm sure this has been covered somewhere else before, but this is quicker.

At how many days old, or, at what developmental point do YOU start adding BBS?

I usually start around day 4 or 5, I've probably stretched it to day 7 once. Just somewhere in that range, a day or two one way or the other isn't a huge deal.

I start at day 3, but only trace amounts gradually building up the quantity until day 6-7.
