I have Neon tetras along with Discus fish.
I did a 100% water Change yesterday, today morning I saw Neon Tetras has white spots. This is disappointing, after so much of hardwork, to keep the fishes fall have fungus.
Neons have white spot fungus. I dont have option of keeping them in Quarantine tank.
What do I do?

Strange that you did a large water change and the fish have fungus. What are your water readings? Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate.

All the reading are stable and in limits.
I guess neons were starting to get the fungus already before the WC.
Because now its going, and the fishes seem to be recovering.

It might be as simple as a temperature difference between youir tank and the new water. How many degrees was the difference

All the reading are stable and in limits.

:bandana: Examing the parameters, temperature, tank size, number/size of fish, W/C frequency & any number of odd variables might help you figure out WHY it happened & HOW not to have it happen again. Just a thought. "T"
