Ok so I decided to give Eddie's seafood mix a try. No tuna available and no clams either. Oh and I realized I forgot the spinach when I got home. Well I guess when you are 800 miles from the ocean you have to take what you can get. Here is what I ended up with.

1/2 lb Alaskan cod
1/4 lb of salmon
9 large shrimp
1 muti-vitimin crushed
1/4 cup of prime reef flakes
1/4 cup of kens beefheart flake
1 garlic clove (home grown in my garden)
7 grams of nori powder
1/2 of a very gooey banana

We can't alway's get tuna but swordfish is regulary available. Would that be a better subsitute for tuna than cod. I wasn't sure if it had the high protein leval that tuna has. Let me know what you all think.

Drew, I used mussels instead of clams and cod instead of tuna.

I also use mussels in place of clams. Any ocean fish can be used in place of the tuna.

I use salmon, sole, clams, raw shrimp and spinach. I made a batch of 8lbs last Friday. Burned the motor in the meat grinder. I tried to grind semi frozen spinach. Now I need a new grinder.
