new message??

I'm new in this forum, everytime I've login into this forum, I found a new message notice for me at the top right had corner. How can I read this message?

Can anyone advise?

Hi There if it says you have 2 new messages, click on the 2 messages.
It should say how many are new then click behind that.
I don't know if I explainned that good enough but I tried!!!!
