What to Do If Discus Spawn and I Do Not Want Fry

I have eight discus in a 115 gallon tank. Two have paired up and are showing signs of spawning. But I'm not interested in breeding them. Would there be any adverse effects if I just ignore it?

    Thanks.

I am sure their will be some aggression as they try to keep the others away, but I usually ignore them. They might eat the eggs right away or you can always remove the eggs or brush them off.

Depending on how hard your water is, the spawn most likely won't hatch anyway. I'd just let them do their thing. As long as they're together there's nothing you can do to stop them from trying...
