Can anyone help

This guy developed this nose issue. Anyone know what it is and what kind of meds to use if any to get rid of it. He’s very active and eating fine.

This could have started as a bacterial or fungal issue, injury or HITH, but it's spreading and if it progresses internally it could turn very bad. I would isolate it into a hospital tank and treat with salt, kanamycin and metro ASAP. You could also net it and swab with hydrogen peroxide and/or even an antibiotic ointment like neosporin or even better, polysporin. Keep up with large water changes to help reduce the bacteria count in the water column.
