when I come across something like this my first action Is to raise the temp to at least 86 deg and add Acriflavine
and salt to stop any secondary infection. Also doing daily large water changes 90-100 % replacing the salt after the water is changed.
If I don't see any improvement after 2-3 days I will move on to antibiotics.
