He is an Australian Discus importer and his discus are from Malaysia.

Thanks Francis! I'm Australian which is why I asked. My question about "breeding them" related to the specific pair he posted the pics of, not in the general sense. Geelong is just outside Melbourne. I live in the US now but wondered about the price of high quality discus back home.

Hi Daniel, no I import from Malaysia, I have been working with a few farms and I tour around Malaysia from KL, Penang, down to Johor. Basically when I do my fish trip, every single import pre-COVID, I travel to Malaysia to hand pick my fish as I am a Malaysian. Discus are higher in price in Australia due to our import tax as well as the strict import and AQIS charges.....
