Hi all,
WE have gotten a lot of comments, criticisms, and compliments on the way we run this site. WE know we can't please everyone, and be everything to everyone, but hey... we try.
Alot of hobbyist and breeders have complained, suggested strongly, and voiced their dismay that we frown on them posting negatives about what is obviously a substandard fish. We understand your point of view that pointing out the flaws in these fish, is beneficial to the hobby, and therefore we have decided That Pictures on this board may be openly evaluated to the general standards that breeders and hobbysist agree on. These comments should be made in a professional and civil manner.
Breeders are urged to use their vast knowledge to be constructive in their comments, and specific about a flaw. If possible use a pic to demonstrate the good qualities desired. Flame wars and personal vendettas , buyer seller disputes will not be tolerated ( see our mission statement above)
The only area where photo criticisms are not allowed is the Beginners section...unless they are specifically asked for, these posts will then be moved out of that area.
Hopefully, this will work for the majority of posters out there.
Take care,
-al
ps.. remember if you post a pic, make it a good quality pic, and if it doesn't resemble the fish accurately...don't make it. You can do a breeder much harm with a bad pic of a good fish.
