I received these Heckels from Jimmy's Discus a few weeks ago. They are doing great.





This last Heckel is a natural Heckel cross.

They look great and very well adjusted too Pat , not a single stress bar showing . I like the odd one too , the brown heckel mix.
Are they going in together with your previous order of wilds ?
How many do you have in total now ?

Thank you Filip, the yellow based Heckel cross is a Unini Heckel cross and yes, they all will be going into the 230 once I redo the sump and get that tank back up and running.

These wilds are beautiful.
I was thinking of getting discus from this vendor awhile back as the facility is very close to me- 15 miles away appx.
But, was disappointed after inquiring that I could not pick out what I wanted myself by seeing in person? That made me suspicious.
But, these fish are very nice.

Pat, I’ve been away but check in once and a while. I thought I read you gave all your fish away?

I did Zach back in 2016. My parents who are in their 80's needed more assistance and I was not sure how that was going to play out so I rehomed the fish as the lack of care they were getting at that point in time was starting to hurt them.
