An initial guess is you need to age the water you are using for water changes. Sounds like you did a larger water change percentage then you normally do? One reason for aging water is to get rid of dissolved gases in the water. Another reason is to deal with a rising or lowing ph, A stable ph is better for the fish. You might consider added salt to the water to help settle the fish. One or two tablespoons per ten gallons is a nice starting place.

I use well water and also age the water about 4.5 hours with 4 aeration line.and also keep the stable ph.

I would suggest aging for 24 hours to be sure.

You are welcome and please know that adding salt can help to calm the fish!

Whenever you see an issue that affects all fish at the same time and in the same way, it's nearly 100% environment related, and more specifically, water related. Unfortunately, even though well water can be much preferred, it can also fluctuate with changing seasons or even after large storms. In addition to aging a little more, I would suggest filtering through a sediment then carbon block filter (and possibly heavy metal) if you don't already.

I have well water and I can attest to the seasonal changes or storm related. It's been raining for weeks here in MD and I see that my well water has definitely changed. Normally after aging and adding some buffer to compensate for the no KH I wind up with a TDS of 200 to 210. Same buffer add and same aging (air and agitation) My TDS is at 130 t0 150. I usually stop aeration when it reaches a PH of 7 but still goes up a bit more but always 24 hrs gitation.

Guessing just give them some time. Offer small feedings for now and see how it goes.

Try some live food and see if your Discus eat. Is your tank grounded?
