    G’day Pavan.
They appear more like blue turquoise type discus.
In the picture you provided the water looks milky. What are your ammonia, nitrite & nitrate levels before your water change?
Your growth rate is slow because your water changes are not frequent enough. How much water do you change every 10 days?
Large frequent water changes are essential, together with high quality feeds, to maximize discus growth.

Probably need to increase the water changes for the health of the discus. Would likely increase your growth rate as well . Hard to tell from the pics , possibly a wild mix ??

Hi Pavan, both ammonia and nitrites should be zero in a cycled tank. Do you have any bio-media/filtration in the tank? Upon a second look you do have a sponge in the tank. Is there only one? Thinking you may need to add a couple more sponges.

yes i do, i have one overhead filter and one extra sponge filter for bio media, the quality of the pic is low i have attached another post by me where u can see the stuff clearly, sorry im new to this
Heyy, i bought these 4 discus as "red rose" from a local breeder about 7 months ago when they were 1.25-1.5 inches in size , now theyre 3.5-4.5 inches, is this growth normal, i dont get the concept of jack watleys eye ratio?, i do water change every 10 days i have 4 of these and an old stunted red melon mix in an 80
