Will Otocinclus vittatus suck to my Discus

I tried out Platyfish to keep my plants clean, but even after breeding to to large numbers, it didn't solve a lot. Therefor I'm looking for some more specialists in algae eating but I want to avoid trouble makers like Labeo and grey algae eater (too aggressive) or pleco's that I have seen sucking fish. I now look at Oto's. Does anyone had bad experiences with this species and your discus?

Unfortunately Its possible. I have personally seen it hapening in my friend Steve's planted tank. I would not equate it with the damage some plecos can do to discus but his discus definitely didnt like it. I have known alot of people that didn't have an issue with them and discus as well. It may very well come down to available food. Steves tank was spotless with every parameter monitored electronically and it wasn't heavily planted.
