Man, I bet you were scared to click on this thread!

So, I'm going to give this a try. I've set up my webcam in the fish room focused on the challenge tank. If you're bored, curious, can't sleep...whatever cruise on over and check the fish out, see what they're doing. Ok maybe that last one won't work because if it's after 11 p.m. central time...the fish will be asleep too. But, do check it out let me know if it works for you and if you find it a good idea or just a waste of bandwidth.

I'm also doing this for my own benefit because I'll be leaving for Christmas tomorrow or Sunday and want to be able to check in on them and see how they're doing for the few days I'm gone.

If you right click on the picture, it should give you a zoom option.

Yeah it would be nice if it were closer, I opted to focus on the whole tank for now, but might just try to focus it on one part. Only thing is you may not see them all the time, but for right now they tend to hang out at one end more than the other so maybe I can just focus it on that end.

Yes, I will definitely have to remember it's there, but with how it's set up right now, would be hard to forget since I have it sitting on an upended 40 on a bucket in order to get it right. I'll have to do some more experimenting with placement and all that.

Yep, If I right click and hit zoom in, I get a close up. Very cool. I couldnt get the fullscreen option to work.
