MWDH meeting

Thanks to all who attended this Saturday's MWDA meeting. Let's see how many names I can remember after all of Bill's whiskey. Jim, Grace, Ben, Dawn, Coree, Brandon, Bill, Wes, Allwin, Saykham, Tim, (Tim's friend, sorry forgot that one), Brandon, Jeff, and Mike. 14 out of 15, not too bad.

It was a grand time talking discus and I'm really glad I was able to match up Brandon with Jim and Dawn. It's always a pleasure to match up good people. I'm glad everyone came and I hope you had as much fun as I did. Although I may be cursing Bill in the morning depending how the head feels then.

I can not say how wonderful it was to meet all the people you yelled at me on the forum. Seriously it was a great bunch of people with a whole lot of experience under one roof. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest bunch of people I have ever met talking about discus. This is going to be one incredible organization Mid-West style.

Good seeing everyone again and nice meeting the new folks. A big thank you to everyone who bought stuff from me today! Looking forward to the next meeting. Hopefully I'll have home by then and we can see if we can break it in. Also thank you to Keith for hosting the event!!!

You got his best side. I'm happy to say it was only a one pill morning to clear the cobwebs. After the Chicago mafia left Brandon and I had one last whiskey to kill the bottle, flipped on the tube and hung out with my wife for a while. Seems like we watched the end of some comedy movie, but I'll be danged if I can remember what it was.
