What is that thing that you hatch the eggs on, Al? I know you said once, but I've forgotten.

And if you have a clutch to spare, would you mind sending it my way? I think that the plecos I have in with my snails are out eating and outgrowing them

Hi Liz,
I use a thin piece of foam that I float in a plastic shoe box.I will send you some with the clutch they just laid last night.

Thats odd.. I can see applesnails being on the list but mystery snails shouldnt be able to over winter there.

we aren't allowed apple or mystery snails
nor are we allowed crawfish (fresh water lobster).

Cleaned out a 10gal tank with endlers in it and found a bumper crop of mystery snails .lol

Hey Al, I got the clutch! It actually arrived yesterday, but it was delivered to my neighbor's house. April brought it down yesterday evening around 7. I have it floating on one of your pieces of foam. Thanks for both!! Have you had enough clutches hatch out to get an idea of the percentage of blue offspring you get?

Glad they got there ok. I haven't had enough yet to tell anything my first clutches just started hatching this week but from what I can tell I believe there mix group in there.. lots of pale ones which surprised me from the tank of all blues
