Nope, apparently it's just a color morph that can happen? Seemed like quite a few of mine had it, it's not a bad thing, I just liked the purely red ones more than the ones with these stripes.
This is what I'm talking about:

Woah, that's a neat color morph. Never knew you could get that from them! Thanks for the photo and education Jacob
Are you thinking of Crystal Red or Sulawesi shrimps Jacob?
Scott - it might be helpful to add links or images of the types of shrimps to show members what they would potentially be looking at.

Sorry, I can't be much help but I was eying the Black Rose as well. As someone who knows nothing about shrimp, I think a red, black and blue tank would be cool...
Well before you get to deep into these I’d try sell some of what you have. See what the interest is. To me it seems like the cherry shrimp craze may have diminished. They are rarely mentioned on another site I’m on. Brought some of my best red to a local place that was asking $9 a piece. Guy told me he can’t sell what he’s got and didn’t want any more.
I'm a dope, I saw bloody mary and I thought that was the red one with the yellowish/white stripe down the middle which I don't think are as nice as straight red ones. I am apparently incorrect, looks like it's just a nice red shrimp. The one with the stripe must have a different name.

I liked the green ones when we had them. I will say, however, that if the goal is to sell them, I think I would avoid the Rilis. I think there's a reason you don't seem to see them being sold anywhere local and that's because people see them as a lesser shrimp because it's missing color.
If you want something to sell in volume, it's gotta be the red ones though. But I don't see that on your list.
Ok I am really getting into neocaridina shrimp and it has started a bug in me, poor wife isn't going to like this.
People who has these or people who know quite a bit about these or even people thinking about getting these please give me input on what colors you would be interested in getting. I am looking by this time next year having a colony of 8 different types of shrimp but unsure on which ones to get to add to the 3 I already have. By January of February of next year I am going to design my own website and sell these online but want to carry ones that the majority of people would want to buy. Below is a list of shrimp and what I already own, please give me idea's on the ones you would like. For right now I am only going with 5 more types. If you like more than 1 type please vote multiple times.
Blue Diamonds = I already own Bloody Mary = I already own Sunkist = I already own
