Liz that sounds like a really good plan!

I have 2 more strains of Endlers coming tomorrow. They will be going into 10gal tanks. I really enjoy Endlers.. they take up so little space, don't need hot tanks and breed fast so you can really "work" with them if there's something interesting.

I also managed to find 7 cherry shrimp in a long neglected tank. 1 female with eggs.I really thought I had no cherry shrimp .I thought they all got munched. So I moved these ones to a 5 gal for now to try and re-populate.

now then. What else should I get.

Still working with my L046 zebras in my 55-gallon and 20-gallon tanks. The group hasn't spawn in weeks, but I did move things around so until they get used to it, I won't see much activity. They do grow slowly and I have my last fry (15) in the breeder box since middle of July. They will go in the 20 gallon in a few weeks since I will be going to Colorodo at the end of the month for 5 days, I need them to be in one tank. The dog sitter should be able to feed them. I would like to start a new colony of L236 super whites but I haven't been able to do a trade yet with my zebras.

Chuck those are beautiful, but definitely out of my current budget. I will look forward to watching you breed them once you get your colony!

The tank already has an Amazon Sword on the right corner, a huge annubius on driftwood in the middle with a bit of bolbitis behind it. I'll add some vals in the back and some red root floaters on top.

The fish will be a group of a dozen or more Congo tetras, a dozen or more rummy nose rasboras and about 4 pearl gouramis. I can picture it and it makes for a very pretty centerpiece tank that's right in front of the sofa where I spend more time than I care to admit. The plan is finished. All I need to do now is save my pennies.
