    About canned tuna

I remember eating tuna as a kid and really loving the flavor. Back then, all tuna was packed in oil. It makes a big difference. Afterward I quit eating canned tuna because it had no flavor.

Now, I don't remember what type of tuna was popular back then, but now, it's all about Albacore. It's the mildest. Big deal. If I want mild I'll have Mississippi Catfish. I'm in it for the flavor!

Not long ago, I discovered canned Yellowfin. OMG, this is the flavor I remember from when I was a kid. It's hard to find out here in the sticks. I order it on Amazon.
