Spicy Crab Crispy Rice

Since Al seems to be the only one posting images of food these days, I finally decided to take a picture of what I whipped up a few days ago. This is a ripoff version of Nobu's Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice (my wife doesn't like to eat raw fish) made with spicy crab salad using imitation crab. I used this site as a guide for making the crispy rice base and this site for making the kanikama.

I have got to try that recipe. In particular I have to try making that crispy rice base.. I can think of soooo many things I can make with that!
